Anxiety Therapy
Do you often feel stuck in your head—feel guilty for saying no, replay conversations, or feel indecisive? Maybe your heart races, your chest feels tight, or sleep has become difficult. Often along with burn out, my clients are also experiencing anxiety and worried about doing less.

You’re Not “Too Much”—Your Nervous System Is Trying to Protect You
Anxiety is your body’s natural response to stress, uncertainty, or past experiences. It's not a flaw—it's a signal. Together, we’ll explore the root of your anxiety, not just the symptoms. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are, without needing to mask or explain everything away.
My Approach to Anxiety Therapy
Our work together is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I use a combination of talk therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, nervous system education, and Brainspotting—a powerful, brain-based therapy that helps access and release anxiety stored in the body.
Together, we’ll:
Identify and understand your anxiety triggers
Develop ways to offer your nervous system safety
Learn how to have boundaries for yourself
Learn how to connect with your body’s voice
Explore any past experiences contributing to your anxiety
Create more space for calm, clarity, and self-trust
