Virtual Options
Can’t make it to the office? I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy for clients throughout the state of Colorado. Virtual sessions provide flexibility and access to trauma-informed care from the comfort of your home — especially helpful for busy parents or those navigating postpartum challenges.
Rates and Insurance
Self-Pay
$130 per 55 minute session
If I am not able to accept your insurance at this time, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I offer a limited number of reduced-rate sessions for clients who may not have the means to pay the full fee. I believe therapy should be accessible and will do my best to support you in finding a workable option.

I use a third-party service called Headway to manage insurance billing and help you navigate your benefits.
More Information
I recommend confirming your mental health coverage with your insurance provider before beginning therapy. Every plan is different, and coverage often depends on your deductible and co-pay requirements.
Directions
From the West (Boulder, CO)
From downtown Boulder, head east on Pearl Street, passing Snooze, and continue straight through the downtown corridor.
Stay on Pearl Street as it curves and becomes Pearl Parkway, following signs toward Foothills Parkway; you’ll pass Junkyard Social Club on your left as you approach the on-ramp.
Use the ramp to merge onto Foothills Parkway (CO-157) southbound and continue until you reach the exit for Arapahoe Avenue/CO-7.
Take the exit and turn left (east) onto Arapahoe Avenue/CO-7, then drive several miles toward Lafayette, staying on Arapahoe as it heads out of Boulder.
At the intersection with N 95th Street, turn right (south), then take the first right onto Forest Park Circle and follow the loop into the office complex; your destination will be on the right next to Morning Glory Cafe.
From the North (Longmont, CO)
From downtown Longmont, head south on Main Street/US-287, passing Cheese Importers on your right as you leave the Old Town area.
Continue straight on US-287 for about 12 miles, staying on the highway as it passes Niwot Road and then CO-52 toward Lafayette.
As you approach Lafayette, stay on US-287/N 95th Street until you reach the large intersection with Arapahoe Road/CO-7, where you’ll see Lafayette Florist on your left.
Turn right onto Arapahoe Road/CO-7, then take the first left onto Forest Park Circle.
Follow Forest Park Circle and make a right and you’ll reach your destination next to Maven Hair Studio.
From the South (Broomfield, CO)
From Broomfield, head north on US-287 from W Midway Blvd, passing Scooter’s Coffee on your right as you continue straight through the lights.
Stay on US-287 as it leaves Broomfield and curves gently northwest, driving past open fields and neighborhoods toward Lafayette.
Continue north on US-287 into Lafayette; as you approach the shopping area with Kohl’s on your left, get ready to turn.
Turn left at the light onto Arapahoe Road/CO-7, then take the first left onto Forest Park Circle.
Take your first right on Forest Park Circle, your destination will be in the buildings on the right.
