Individual Support

A place to reconnect with yourself

You’ve been pushing for so long that slowing down feels impossible — maybe even uncomfortable. Fatigue, irritability, lack of motivation, or that quiet voice whispering, “I can’t keep doing this” are becoming hard to ignore. Anxiety may creep in, leaving you stuck in your head — replaying conversations, struggling to make decisions, or feeling guilty for saying no. Your heart may race, your chest may tighten, and sleep may feel elusive.

These feelings rarely appear overnight. They build over time through endless responsibilities, emotional labor, perfectionism, and the pressure to always show up for everyone else. Eventually, your mind and body hit a wall. You may notice relationship struggles, low self-esteem, or patterns that feel tied to generational trauma, making it even harder to navigate daily life.

Sometimes, it’s not just depression or anxiety — you may simply want a space to process, make sense of your past, and understand yourself more deeply. Many people I work with come seeking support when life feels overwhelming, emotions feel intense, and coping on your own no longer feels sustainable.

How I Can Help

I support individuals who are navigating anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and the effects of past or generational trauma. Together, we create a safe space to slow down, process your experiences, and better understand yourself.

When talk therapy alone isn’t enough, Brainspotting helps access the deeper nervous system patterns that keep you stuck, allowing your body and mind to process what it’s been holding. This approach helps you feel more grounded, regulated, and present — not just managing, but actually restoring balance and clarity in your life.

Our work focuses on helping you:

  • Understand your reactions, emotions, and patterns

  • Heal old wounds and process past experiences

  • Rebuild confidence, emotional resilience, and self-trust

  • Strengthen relationships with yourself and others

My Approach to Healing

Our work together with involve exploring your unique history, personality, and needs. I attune deeply to my clients and can often find words for things they have been unable to give language to. This can bring relief. Together, we use a blend of trusted approaches to support your recovery from burnout and help you feel like yourself again:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to stress and overwhelm

  • Mindfulness and Somatic Approaches – reconnect with your body, regulate emotions, and reduce stress

  • Brainspotting – access deeper patterns held in the body and create new pathways for emotional release and regulation

  • Attachment-Based Therapy – heal relational wounds and strengthen self-worth

  • Narrative Therapy – rewrite your story with compassion, clarity, and agency

  • Internal Family Systems (Parts Work) – connect with the parts of yourself that are trying to protect you, and create inner balance

Begin Your Healing Journey

The most important relationship we have is with ourselves. Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin understanding yourself more deeply. Healing isn’t a destination — it’s a journey, and we are always evolving. I believe in your ability to heal and in the possibility of reconnecting with yourself in a meaningful, grounded way.
