Let’s be real — the reproductive journey does not usually go as planned. Maybe your unmedicated home birth turned into a medical transfer, or you swore you’d never co-sleep only to find yourself desperate for sleep. Or you're so upset breastfeeding didn't go as planned and secretly judging yourself for not trying harder. Maybe keeping up with cloth diapers feels impossible, or each IVF appointments stirs up hope, fear, and exhaustion. You thought you were suppose to be able to do it all, only to find yourself feeling like your failing at each change that didn't go as planned. 

Some days your mind races; others it feels quiet in that shut-down, disconnected way. Fertility challenges, pregnancy, and the postpartum season can bring up emotions and old patterns you didn’t expect, making it hard to feel like yourself.

I created this space after struggling with my own postpartum depression and anxiety. There’s so much shame and misunderstanding around what it’s really like to feel overwhelmed while navigating fertility, pregnancy, and motherhood.

This is a space to not love every part of the journey — all feelings are welcome. A space where you can be real. We aren’t meant to be superheroes, and let’s be honest, some of the journey is messy, overwhelming, and downright hard. You can bring all of it here, and you’ll be met with understanding, empathy, and guidance.

I’ve been right where you are — navigating the stress, uncertainty, and emotional weight of the reproductive journey — and I created this practice to walk alongside you with compassion and support.
