Life can feel heavy in ways that are difficult to explain from the outside. You may be juggling the emotional demands of parenting, navigating anxiety or overwhelm, adjusting to pregnancy or postpartum changes, or simply trying to hold everything together while feeling disconnected from yourself underneath it all.

I provide in person and virtual therapy for adults and parents in Boulder and throughout Colorado who are looking for a space to slow down, process what they’re carrying, and feel more supported through life’s transitions. I help my client’s finally understand themselves so they can learn to better live in relationship with themselves. We will regulate your nervous systems, learn how to feel safe in your body and heal from old patterns and wounds.

Whether you’re moving through a particularly difficult season or have been carrying stress and emotional exhaustion for a long time, therapy can offer space for reflection, healing, and support.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I offer in person sessions in my office in Lafayette and also offer virtual sessions for clients throughout Colorado.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through my contact forms or click one of the many buttons throughout that says “Work With Me.” First step is scheduling a free consultation so you can ask me any questions you may have and can tell me how I can support you.

  • I am pretty darn easy to connect with. Finding a therapist can feel like going on some bad dates before you find the right one. My client’s report how at ease they feel with me and that I just get it. I also dont make the healing journey elusive. I find it very powerful to help my client’s understand themselves so they can heal and move forward. Im not in the business of keeping my client’s around just so I can have a full caseload. I want my client’s to heal and move forward.

  • I accept Aetna, United and Cigna. I also encourage self-pay when available for my clients. Accepting insurance requires heavy documentation, a diagnosis and risk of auditing and claw-backs on reimbursement. It’s a risk I take because I believe accepting insurance allows my services to be more accessible. But I also encourage self pay when available as this allows for more freedom in our work together.

  • No, while a part of my practice specializes in supporting mom, dad, and caregivers I also work with adults in Boulder who are navigating life stressors, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and/or looking for a place to process themselves and life.

  • The best way to find out is to schedule a consultation! Let’s talk, see what it feels like to talk to me. Client’s describe me as authentic, genuine, personable, funny, clear, and witty.
